We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size — you’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

We are currently shipping to U.S. addresses only at the moment. We hope to offer international shipping in the not-too-distant future. Sign up for our email list to hear when we do.

We want our grips to make you smile. We accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used grips cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (see below). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@shopoverset.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and tell us whether you'd prefer a refund or a swap for a different colorway. We’ll send instructions from there. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new colorway as soon as we receive the original, unopened item back.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email: hello@shopoverset.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — and cover the shipping — at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
