On Court
The Mexican Open is the tour's resort stop.
The Fiesta de Blanco kicks off the week at the Princess Mundo Imperial — all-white dress code, late dinners, matches past midnight. Players ignore the dress code, sometimes arriving in costume.
The tournament moved to Acapulco in 2001 and switched from clay to hard court in 2014. Rafael Nadal has won here four times, twice on each surface.
In 2023 and 2024, Alex de Minaur won back-to-back — the first man to defend since the courts changed.
